How to farm high up in the leagues?

I am currently farming in Crystal, bullying the occasional th9 and grabbing some dead th10's. I would love tot go up to champs or higher ("my league", and for star and league bonus) but I still haven't found an army composition that reliably allows me to raid th10/11 without using 3-5 spells each raid. I'm saving DE and my queen is upgrading, so gohog/superqueen/gowipe/gowiwi is out of the question. Would prefer not to barch (I find it to be mind numbingly boring, and it doesn't get me to those DE storages in cores. Any tips or elixir-based army comps you would recommend?

You could use lavaloonion. Or a givalo which is like a govalo but with giants in place of golems making it easyer on de and training time. Lavaloonion works but im not sure about the givalo. I used givalo at th8
