Treasury update - known issues (now fixed)

The following known issues have been fixed during the Maintenance (27Jan):

• Champion 2 shows incorrect League Bonus (has lower reward than intended);
• Village Guard times show lower values on all League levels, now back to 30 min up to 4 hours depending on your League;
• "Donation refund" Clan Perk has higher values than it's supposed to;
• Fixed an issue causing the Star Bonus notification to be shown after watching a Matchmaking replay (no actual Bonus was given, this was just the popup appearing on screen)

Specifically:
Clear cache and data

1. Open your device's main Settings app.
2. Touch Apps or Application manager (depending on your device, this may be different).
3. Touch Google Play Store > Clear cache > Clear data.
4. Touch the back arrow https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/fU...H5SVOcSVVg=w18.
5. Select Download Manager > Clear cache > Clear data.
6. Restart Device

Please let us know if you find anything else!

When I click the info button of the star bonus it does not give any information

if clearing cache doesn't work they might want to check if their google play store version is up to date

Star Bonus is counting towards Spoils of War achievement.

I don't get the stars showing on bottom right and I got no loot bonus.

So, the problem is that when I enter my friends list the game crashes... I don't know why... But as almost as immediately, you go to the friends tab and the game just crashes out of nowhere... I tried disconnecting from Facebook and going but it crashes just the same... =/

clearing cache didn't worked

Device isn't compatible and need to get attacks in for war, thanks!

I'm trying to download the new update Clash but is not compatible with my phone LG G2 MINI .
Not how to fix it and now I can not play.

2 successful attacks, no stars given for them. The dark elixir pumps cost 30 gems to boost instead of 10? That's just crazy!

I even cleared the cache on bit up with no results. I took screenshots but can't see how to post them. This is really aggravating as I've been trying for over 2 1/2 hours, at which my shield expired. An hour later my guard expired and I know my de drills are maxed because they're on boost!

I've just watched replay of attack aginst me. After replay, i get message, that i've received star bonus. Ofcourse i didn't get it, it was reward for guy attacking me. Each time i'm playing this replay i see that message.

none of those suggestion worked. its gotta be deeper than just a simple reset or clearing of the cache...

Clash keeps trying to download local data about the village and keep crashing. only know this on ios

Error while downloading update: Your device isn't compatible. Unable to play the game. I have Samsung galaxy S5.
I have refresh playstore and mobile cache, reset my device and everything is up to date but still receiving the same error. Please resolve asap.

I still have the same problem since TH11 update

On my Iphone 5S iOs 6.0.1
Under 3G network
The game is loading and once pink bar is full, the game crashes and it goes back to my iPhone homepage

On the same device no problem to launch the app with Wifi network

It lasts more than 47 days month !!!!!

With IOS 6, the game crashes after the loading window only using 3G not Wifi. But if you use the app with wifi, then you block the phone, and after that you unblock the phone disabling wifi network, it works with 3G perfectly until you open another app. Maybe this is a clue that help you guys to fix the problem.

Since TH11 update I have the same problem. Please fix it, it's a problem of the app with any IOS 6 version. Don't forget us.:(:(:(

YESSS, I have the same problem. It seems to happen with any IOS 6 version.

Please SC fix it. It lasts since TH11 update, almost 2 months ago.

I had the same "device not compatible" thing in Google play. Cleared cache, then rebooted device, now it works. Try it.

I do not want to delete my history as it could cause problems any other way. I cleared cache but still nothing please help

I'm not sure if the 3rd air sweeper is a part of this update, but I'm a TH9 and can't buy the 3rd sweeper. Not that big of a deal but if it was a part of this the update, it might have to get fixed

Supercell its been a while and it has not fixed itself. Please fix this by recess in school!

Yeah I have galaxy s5 and with lollipop and it's telling me that isn't compatible. I shall try to fix with above remedy.

I'm in Titan 3 and I only got 15 minutes village guard....is there any change to village guard? Am I missing something from the update announcement?

Not compatible with LG Escape 2 OS 5.1. Cleared cached as advised and restarted device. Still getting the not compatible message.

ANDROID: It appears that on some devices you can download and install the game but you have the return and home buttons visible while the game is full screen...

I am having the same issue as Matkus.

Same problem here. Cleared cache/data, restarted device, Google Play is up to date. Even tried installing via 1Mobile Market. Same result. Not compatible. Supercell states that the problem was not caused on their end, and it may not be. However, it is affecting a large number of players, therefore it would be great if Supercell could help find a solution rather than the "it will work itself out" approach.

Running samsung galaxy s5 with latest software, tried clearing cache and a reboot and nothing! Please fix asap supercell I'm in war!!!

Can supercell tell us why they ended the 1 gem boost,in my case approx 4 hours early on all my 3 accounts?, yet another update in super cells favour.

Hi, i dont know if it was intended or not, but it appears that the resolution (or should i say, scale) of the game changed with the update. Now it takes the full screen on my phone, not respecting the menu bar of the phone itself.

now its difficult to select troops or do anything really at the lower parts of the game, because its hidding behind the menu bar.

i asked a few friends and they all see the same issue.

I hope you can fix that.

As posted in the previous page I'm experiencing this too, everything else works fine!

I just spent the best part of an hour in village edit.mode making a new th7 base, finished and saved it, then it disappeared..

Collected my loot cart but it shows nothing in my treasury

I Had 1.1mil of each of war loot. War ended but they didn't transfer into treasury. Am I missing something like it goes in normal storages or something?



Ok I was expecting it to transfer Within 5 mins but it did make v it eventually. Delayed response.

I have my game on kindle and it won't update it help here please

On Bluestack, if app data cleared, game not opened and keep constantly crashing until its uninstalled and reinstalled from play store. Don't know if that BUG exists on phone also. This is occuring only after today's update.

I just attacked with 33 minutes left on my shield and now i have 6 minutes left of village guard.

update. just attacked with 13 hours remaining on shield and its been reduced to 6 hours (first attack)

I can't build the air sweepers that are supposed to be available at th 8

I have the same issue as a previous poster. I did my final attack under my shield, when I came back to my village, I had only 6 minutes left on the guard. I am in champs 2. I wonder if this is connected with the bonus mess up?

The kindle app, which is a paid app, is not updating at ALL. None of us are able to get into our app. I am not the only one with this issue. Please fix this.

To clarify some confusion: It says extra air defense, not extra air sweeper.... they basically reduced the th level that you get a second air defense at, so if you are already th8 you won't see any difference.

Seems like the war troop donations bug is back too, last time it was down to barracks and spell sites upgrades, the work around wasn't great, either spend gems to finish the upgrade or cancel it.

After watching a defensive replay that earned the attacker their daily star bonus, when I click Return Home I see the daily star bonus pop-up/modal for that user on my Home screen (every time I watch the replay).

Same for me. I lost 9 trophies, 44% damage, and lots of loot lost. Collected the loot cart and I get 0 loot.

Nevermind, hashtagbene is correct, loot went to regular storages.

Village Guard in Champion I League is 10 minutes.
Some experience crash on opening the Friends list (I don't).

they aren't available at th8 there is just a third one added at th7, nothing new for th8

Ok I actually had a Google play rep on the phone and did a complete walk through resetting and deleting anything and everything we could. Super Cell Google says the problem is on your end. I have a LG risio with android 5.1.1. Now please fix the problem or refund every dollar I have spent on clash as well as all my sons money.

Same here. Looks like Village Guard for Champion III lowered to 10 minutes. I attacked, which drained my shield, and when I returned to the map, it said 6 minutes remaining.

my main is in masters 2 going to find out in a few minutes if it exists there too.

titan 3. 2hours shield left. just raided and when i got back to my village i only have 13mins guard left.

Only getting a 15 minute guard in Titan 3

i only got 10 minutes worth of village guard. used to be 1 hour at champion

I had a 1:55 min shield left. Then did an attack with a 5 hr cost from shield. After attack only had 5 min guard left. Should've been 60 min guard left after attack.

Any insight on if this is a bug would be great.

I had the same problem at champions 2 league. I dont have VG

I have an issue with the village guard.
I'm a legend league player, and normally I got a 4 hour guard when my shield expired, but this time I only got half an hour.

I noticed one.

Android

Game crashes (closes) after i open Facebook friends list (i have 2 devices, its the same on both)

Maybe a bug or maybe not, but loot cart is not viewable by clan mates.

IE several clan mates report having loot carts on their village but no one else can see them when they visit their village.

No village guard at end of shield, legend league

no protection, end of session in 3 hours

please repair as soon as possible

I was troubleshooting for 1.5 hours before I found my fix. I had deleted the app from my phone, could not find in Google play search. I cleared my caches in Google play and restarted my device. Then I went to my Google play account on my phone. Recent apps, clicked on clash of clans, from there I was able to download it and access my base!

I followed the above suggestion. After restart, I went to my devices Google play games. Went to recent games. Found clash listed there. I was able to download and play from that angle.

I saw the same thing this morning. Didn't get VG after shield dropped. In Champs 2.

Also league bonus is not just a display issue, its actually giving out the old 200K reward. (first post reads like its just a display issue)

I was able to push the installation from the google play store on my computer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...hofclans&hl=en) and select my "incompatible device". The app started downloading to my phone and installed without a hitch.

Not sure if visiting the play store thru the web from the device in question will work or not, from the computer it worked fine. YMMV

I can say a few things that are good. The loot cart, star bonus, and the treasury was the best part. I loved it and so did everyone else! This is the bad part: When adding ad's to lower Th's YOU UNBALANCED THE GAME FOR EVERYONE! Now th 7's can't three star mirror bases in war as easily! Th 6's can't loon or use healers in fear of the extra ad destroying them! The game is completely unbalanced now. I say u rollback the extra ad's at lower bases. They should have never been changed! Also, when th7's unlock dragons they need to have less ad's so they can pratice using drags. Even after lightning one ad there will still be two left. You have doubled (at least doubled) the failing rate at lower bases now. STUPID SUPERCELL UNBALANCED THE GAME! You have just lost thousands of dollars from less people buying gems! Please consider rolling back this ASAP!

If i've been attacked my refund in the treasurebox won't always end up in to the clancastle, it will go to my regular elixer, gold and darkstorage. It's accuring to multiple users (play 4 accounts) and works sometimes, somtimes not.

I'm in champs 2, I had almost 4 hours of shield left. I attacked and it showed I had about 7 minutes of village guard after the attack. Somethings off here.

The perk to upgrade donated troop up 1 or 2 levels is no longer shown as a clan perk

Village Guard is down from 1 hour to a few minnutes.
League Bonus in Champs 2 is "significally reduced" from 220k to 200k😜.

Mine allways ends up in the regular storrages.

Am in champion 2, i get only 10 minutes of VG every time shield runs out.
