Troops didn't reach

I requested for lvl 6 balloons. My frnd started preparing it. As they were becoming ready,he sent them one by one, but i received only 4 but he sent me 5 and my request also disappeared. So, I checked my cc again still it was showing 4 because if which i requested again after a few minutes fr receiving the 5th. This has happened with me and with others as informed.Not only with balloons, I have faced this type of problems with other troops also

it seems like I'm not the only one with the same problem. However, my problem was for wizards
