I didn't use it this push so I'm not sure how it does against hogs in masters. I did get a 40 lvl 5 hog, 5 heal attack on my Loaded Die farming layout and the attacker got less than 50%, mainly because he failed to lure the cc. I would not recommend this layout above masters II as an anti-hog layout would serve defence purposes more successfully. I'm not too familiar with hogs post nerf though.

Where would you put giant bombs if you were to use them in this base?

Hi Richard, this base design is nice.

I just got my TH9 recently and designed a base with a core that is same as yours. May I know how do the TH inside version fare against the hogs in the crystal or master league? I'm going to push with my base now(hopefully to master) and since the core is the same, I wanted to wanted to hear from the people who had used similar design.

Also do your CC get lured often since its not dead centered and slightly offset?

In the corners of the layout. For the transformer the giant bombs sit nicely next to the teslas. In the farming layout, you may need to push out the zig zig walls by one to fit the bombs in.

You should be fine with this core up until masters. Beyond 2700 though, you would be much better off with a larger core and more point defences in the centre. You could always try some moat anti-hog designs or southern teasers. The CC will often get lured at 2600+ even if it is dead centre. Many people carry one or two hogs and a few lightnings just for the CC. If any defences are in range of the CC radius, your CC is lurable. Not much you can do against it.

Ace base used it and loving it really helping with the farming and nice base you have got atm you should post one of that aswell Richard:D:D:D

I modified this base a little in masters, moved some defenses outside to block hogs from running into the cc, I was winning all the hog defenses where I still had clan castle troops

Non transformer version is 100% perfect, base farming base I have ever seen.


A few flaws in the transformer version but still a great base!
