You problem is bad planning on upgrades, stagger long upgrades with short ones, and use builder to reduce resources in storages when they are free....

I'm gonna say yes because they are not maxed during initial 5 day boost but have +5 like heroes do.

Affirmative. when I had my TH boost, my Owl was L6 and my RC was L30 under the potion.. since reverted back (L1 N L26) after the boost ended.

They said they fixed the bug that allowed it. They never said anything about taking it away. What if the player had it in use?
